摘  要:以PTFE中空纤维膜为膜接触器,采用碱性吸收液,开展膜接触吸收法对恶臭气体的去除研究。结果表明:气体流量增加,恶臭气体去除率降低,总传质效率增加;液体流量增加,恶臭气体去除率和总传质效率均增加;当气体流量为1 L·min^(-1),液体流量为0.6 L·min^(-1)时,对气体的综合处理效果最佳。在长时间运行过程中稳定性较好,H_(2)S、NH_(3)、VOC和臭气浓度平均去除率分别为96.99%、42.91%、55.24%和82.04%;H_(2)S的平均传质效率为33.41×10^(-5)m·s^(-1)。相较于传统化学吸收法,该法对气体处理效率高,单位时间处理气量大,膜组件可模块化,能够满足更高的标准要求,且经济性和安全性较好,预期具有广阔的发展应用前景。Using PTFE as membrane contact and alkaline as absorption solution,the removal of odor gas by membrane contact absorption method was studied.The results showed that with the increase of gas flow rate,the removal rate of odor gas decreased and the total mass transfer efficiency increased.With the increase of liquid flow rate,the removal rate of odor gas and the total mass transfer efficiency increased.When the gas flow rate was 1 L·min^(-1)and the liquid flow rate was 0.6 L·min^(-1),the comprehensive treatment effect of gas was the best.Under long-term operation conditions,the treatment effect of odor gas has maintained good stability.The average removal rates of hydrogen sulfide,ammonia,VOC and odor concentration are 96.99%,42.91%,55.24%and 82.04%respectively.The average mass transfer efficiency of hydrogen sulfide was 33.41×10^(-5)m/s.Compared with the traditional chemical absorption method,the membrane contact absorption method has high gas treatment efficiency,large gas treatment volume per unit time.The membrane module could be modular,which could meet its higher standard requirements for odor gas treatment.It has economic and secure and was expected to have broad development and application prospects.
