摘 要:目的:应用网状Meta分析方法分析6种敷料预防无创正压通气鼻面部压力性损伤的效果。方法:运用计算机检索各数据库,检索时限为建库至2021年5月,纳入不同类型敷料对比预防无创正压通气鼻面部压力性损伤的随机对照试验文献。由2名研究者分别对文献进行筛选、资料提取及质量评价,采用Stata 16.0版本进行统计分析。结果:最终纳入31篇文献,涉及2824例病人。网状Meta分析结果显示6种敷料预防无创正压通气效果均优于常规干预,根据累积排序概率曲线下面积(SUCRA)排序结果由高到低依次为凝胶敷料、水胶体敷料、泡沫敷料、液体敷料、透明薄膜敷料、常规护理。结论:现有证据表明,凝胶敷料、水胶体敷料、泡沫敷料预防无创正压通气鼻面部压力性损伤效果优于其他敷料。Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of six types of dressings in preventing non-invasive positive pressure ventilation nasal and facial pressure injuries using the mesh Meta-analysis method.Methods:A computer search was conducted on various databases.The retrieval time was from inception to May 2021.Randomized controlled trial literature on the prevention of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation nasal and facial pressure injury using different types of dressings was included.Two researchers conducted literature screening,data extraction,and quality evaluation,using Stata 16.0 version for statistical analysis.Results:31 studies were ultimately included,involving 2824 patients.The results of mesh Meta-analysis showed that the effect of 6 kinds of dressings on the prevention of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation was better than that of conventional intervention.According to the area under the cumulative ranking probability curve(SUCRA),the ranking results were from high to low,followed by gel dressings,hydrocolloid dressings,foam dressings,liquid dressings,transparent film dressings,and conventional nursing.Conclusion:The available evidence shows that gel dressing,hydrocolloid dressing and foam dressing are better than other dressings in preventing nasal and facial pressure injury caused by non-invasive positive pressure ventilation.
