摘　　要：基层警务机制创新是警务现代化建设的重要环节,对提升基层公安管理水平和增强公安机关战斗力具有重要意义。目前,基层警务运行、警务管理等方面还存在机制建设不完善等问题,这阻碍了基层社会治理效能的提升。学习借鉴“漳州110”的成功经验,从完善运行机制、服务机制、管理机制、联动机制等方面入手,不断推进警务机制创新,努力提升警务现代化水平,有利于全力维护社会安定、切实保障人民利益。The innovation of grass-roots policing mechanisms is an important part of the modernization of policing,and it is of great significance in improving the management of grass-roots public security and enhancing the combat effectiveness of public security organs.At present,there are still problems of imperfect mechanism construction in the operation and management of grass-roots policing,which hinders the improvement of the effectiveness of grass-roots social governance.Therefore,we can learn from the successful experience of“Zhangzhou 110”,starting from improving the operation mechanism,service mechanism,management mechanism and linkage mechanism,and continuously promoting the innovation of police mechanism and striving to improve the level of police modernization,so as to maintain social stability and effectively protect the interests of the people.
