重大卫生事件中基层民警心理建设初探--以新冠疫情期间为视角

摘　　要：随着后疫情时代的到来,有必要总结疫情期间基层民警心理建设的经验,为未来可能的重大卫生事件应对提供借鉴。鉴于疫情期间基层民警面对的心理压力,心理建设成为队伍管理的关键要素、思想政治工作的重要抓手、基层民警身心健康的重要保障。为此,应从组织和专业服务方面加强“心”保障;通过普及疫情应对身心健康知识,完善疫情应对心理健康测量与追踪,建立疫情应对心理服务转化机制,提供心理健康服务“菜单”完善“心”体系;通过积极开展疫情后团体心理辅导,构建重大卫生事件民警心理健康服务保障制度做好“心”经验。Since the outbreak of the COVID-19,the police officers across the country have resolutely implemented the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions and the CPC Central Committee’s decision and deployment,with the highest mission of safeguarding the lives and health of the people,and carrying forward the fearless spirit and courage to face the difficulties and danger.The police officers have been on the front line of epidemic prevention and control without hesitation,and play an important role in resolutely winning the battle against COVID-19.During the epidemic prevention and control,the police work has the features of long time,heavy tasks,an open working environment,and a high risk of infection.How to maintain the police’s mental health,provide the police with mental health publicity,education,and counseling,and especially provide psychological support for the isolated police,is one of the issues that the public security organs and leading cadres should pay attention to.
