摘　　要：小儿身体发育具有连续性、非匀速性和阶段性等特点,各系统、器官在发育阶段易受到影响。小儿麻醉诱导围手术期的心理健康辅导及保护相较于成人更具有特殊性,小儿因年龄较小,麻醉时常出现哭闹、易动等情况,围手术期配合度较低,影响麻醉及手术的实施及效果,对小儿身心健康造成不良影响。因此,小儿麻醉诱导围手术期给予必要的心理健康辅导与保护至关重要,有利于手术的顺利进行,保障患儿的良好预后。本文针对小儿生理及心理特点、麻醉诱导围手术期心理干预等方面进行综述。Children’s physical development has the characteristics of continuity,non-uniform speed and stage,and various systems and organs are easily affected in the development stage.The psychological health counseling and protection in the perioperative period of anesthesia induction in children is more special than that in adults.Children often cry and be active during anesthesia due to their young age,and the degree of cooperation in the perioperative period is low,which affects the implementation and effect of anesthesia and surgery,and causes adverse effects on the physical and mental health of children.Therefore,it is very important to provide necessary mental health counseling and protection during perioperative period of anesthesia induction in children,which is conducive to the smooth operation and the good prognosis of children.This article summarized the physiological and psychological characteristics of children and the psychological intervention in perioperative pe riod of anesthesia induction.
