摘 要:目的分析100例女性呼吸道感染病原性细菌检验结果。方法回顾性分析山东省公共卫生临床中心2022年2月至2023年2月收治的100例女性呼吸道感染患者的临床资料。所有患者常规取痰后进行病原性细菌检验,分析检验结果。结果100例女性患者共检出117株病原性细菌,包括40株革兰阳性菌和77株革兰阴性菌,革兰阳性菌以金黄色葡萄球菌(17.09%)为主,其次为肺炎链球菌(10.26%)和甲型溶血性链球菌(6.84%);革兰阴性菌以大肠埃希菌(21.37%)为主,其次为肺炎克雷伯菌(12.82%)、铜绿假单胞菌(11.11%)、鲍曼不动杆菌(10.26%)、阴沟肠杆菌(5.98%)、奇异变形杆菌(4.27%)。结论女性呼吸道感染病原性细菌种类复杂多样,其中革兰阳性菌以金黄色葡萄球菌为主,革兰阴性菌以大肠埃希菌为主,临床需要结合检验情况合理选择抗生素,以减少多重耐药情况的发生。Objective To analyze the results of pathogenic bacteria test in 100 cases of female with respiratory tract infection.Methods The clinical data of 100 female patients with respiratory tract infection admitted to Shandong Public Health Clinical Center from February 2022 to February 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were routinely tested for pathogenic bacteria after sputum collection,and the test result was analyzed.Results A total of 117 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected in 100 female patients,including 40 strains of Gram-positive bacteria and 77 strains of Gram-negative bacteria.Staphylococcus Aureus(17.09%)w as t he m ost common Gram-positive bacteria,followed by Streptococcus Pneumoniae(10.26%)andα-hemolytic Streptococcus(6.84%).Gram-negative bacteria were mainly Escherichia Coli(21.37%),followed by Klebsiella Pneumoniae(12.82%),Pseudomonas Aeruginosa(11.11%),Acinetobacter Baumanii(10.26%),Enterobacter Cloacae(5.98%),Proteus Mirabilis(4.27%).Conclusion The pathogenic bacteria of respiratory tract infection in women are complex and diverse,among which Staphylococcus Aureus is the main Gram-positive bacteria,and Escherichia Coli is the main Gram-negative bacteria.It is necessary to choose antibiotics rationally according to the test results to reduce the occurrence of multidrug resistance.
