摘 要:目的探讨女性不同年龄段阴道微生态、阴道疾病及人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染状况。方法选取2019年5月至2020年4月于包头医学院第二附属医院妇产科门诊行HPV与阴道微生态检测的752例患者。分析检查结果。结果752例中,阴道微生态正常检出率为56.91%;阴道微生态失调检出率为43.09%,其中无明确感染的阴道微生态失调13.03%、混合感染1.86%、细菌性阴道病(BV)中间型7.71%、BV 12.77%、外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)5.85%、滴虫性阴道炎(TV)1.86%,未检出需氧菌性阴道炎(AV)。HPV感染率为24.20%。随年龄的增长pH>4.5、白细胞>10个/HPF、乳杆菌减少、无明确感染的阴道微生态失调、HPV感染检出率增高(P<0.05);随年龄的增长阴道微生态正常检出率降低(P<0.05)。不同年龄段的混合感染、BV中间型、BV、VVC、TV的检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随年龄的增长HPV31、68型检出率增高,39型检出率降低(P<0.05);其他基因型不随年龄的变化而变化(P>0.05)。结论阴道微生态、阴道疾病及HPV感染在女性不同年龄段的检出率有所差异,临床可根据不同年龄段进行针对性预防、干预。Objective To investigate the status of vaginal microecology,vaginal diseases and human papilloma virus(HPV)infection in women of different ages.Methods A total of 752 patients who underwent HPV and vaginal microecology detection in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College from May 2019 to April 2020 were selected.Results Among 752 cases,the detection rate of normal vaginal microecology was 56.91%.The detection rate of vaginal m icroecological disorder was 43.09%,including 13.03%of vaginal microecological disorder without clear infection,1.86%of mixed infection,7.71%of bacterial vaginosis(BV)intermediate type,12.77%of BV,5.85%of vulvovaginal candidiasis(VVC),and 1.86%of trichomonas vaginitis(TV).Aerobic vaginitis(AV)was not detected.H PV infection rate was 24.20%.With the increase of age,pH>4.5,white blood cell>10/HPF,Lactobacillus decrease,vaginal microecological disorder without clear infection,and the detection rate of HPV infection increased(P<0.05).The detection rate of normal vaginal microecology decreased with age(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the detection rates of mixed infection,BV intermediate type,BV,VVC and TV among different age(P>0.05).With the increase of age,the detection rate of HPV31 and HPV68 increased,and the detection rate of HPV39 decreased(P<0.05).The other genotypes did not change with age(P>0.05).Conclusion The detection rates of vaginal microecology,vaginal diseases and HPV infection in women of different ages are different,and targeted prevention and intervention can be carried out acc ording to different ages.
