外阴癌术后切口感染1例

摘　　要：外阴癌是临床较为罕见的一种恶性肿瘤,发病率呈上升、年轻化趋势。随着肿瘤医疗技术的不断进步,外阴癌晚期复发率明显降低,患者预后较好。传统治疗方案以手术和放疗为主。目前腹腔镜下腹股沟淋巴结清扫广泛应用于临床中,免疫治疗也引起医学界的关注。本文报道外阴癌术后切口感染1例,并总结临床诊疗经验,为临床诊治提供依据。Vulvar cancer is a relatively rare malignant tumor in clinic,and its incidence is increasing and getting younger.With the continuous progress of cancer technology,the recurrence rate of late vulvar cancer is significantly reduced,and the prognosis of patients is better.The traditional treatment options are surgery and radiotherapy.At present,laparoscopic inguinal lymph node dissection is widely used in clinical practice,and immunotherapy has also attracted the attention of the medical community.This paper reports a case of incision infection after operation of vulvar cancer,and summarizes the clinical diagnosis and treatment experience to provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
