摘　　要：目的探讨八珍汤加味联合放疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的效果及对患者细胞免疫水平和营养状态的影响。方法选择北京大学肿瘤医院内蒙古医院2022年1月至12月收治的86例中晚期宫颈癌患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(43例,八珍汤加味联合放疗)、对照组(43例,放疗)。比较两组治疗效果、免疫功能及营养状态。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后免疫功能改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后血红蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论八珍汤加味联合放疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的效果显著,可有效提升治疗有效率,改善免疫功能及营养状态。Objective To investigate the effect of Bazhen Decoction combined with radiotherapy treating advanced cervical cancer and its influence on cellular immunity level and nutritional status of patients.Methods A total of 86 patients with advanced cervical cancer admitted to Peking University Cancer Hospital Inner Mongolia Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected and divided into observa tion group(43 cases,Bazhen Decoction combined with radiotherapy)and control group(43 cases,radiotherapy)according to the random number table method.The therapeutic effect,immune function and nutritional status were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of immune function in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hemoglobin,albumin and prealbumin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bazhen Decoction combined with radiotherapy has a remarkable effect in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer,which can effectively improve the treatment efficiency,immune function and nutritional status.
