摘  要:目的:探讨微信教学小程序在肠造口病人健康宣教中的应用效果。方法:选取某三级甲等医院2022年3月—2022年10月65例行结直肠癌根治术伴预防性或永久性造口病人为研究对象,按住院时间分为对照组32例和干预组33例,对照组采用常规健康宣教,干预组在常规健康宣教基础上采用微信教学小程序进行教育,采用造口自我护理能力量表、理论知识得分、技能操作得分评价干预效果。结果:干预组病人造口自我护理能力、理论知识、技能操作得分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:微信教学小程序有助于提高病人对造口护理知识和技能的掌握程度,增加病人自我护理造口的信心,提高病人造口自我护理能力。Objective:To explore the application effect of WeChat teaching miniprogram in health education for patients with enterostomy.Methods:A total of 65 hospitalized patients receiving colostomy were divided into control group(n=32)and intervention group(n=33)according to the hospitalization time.The patients in control group were given routine health education,while the patients in intervention group additionally received WeChat teaching miniprogram to intensive education.The patients in two groups were measured with ostomy self-care ability scale,theory and skill scores.Results:The scores of self-care ability,theoretical knowledge and skill operation in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:WeChat teaching mini program is helpful to improve patients′knowledge and skills of ostomy care,increase patients′confidence in self-care of ostomy,and improve patients′self-care ability.
