摘  要:目的:探讨在满足医院手术要求下考虑护士疲劳均衡的排班方法。方法:首先构建基于作业分解和JACK软件仿真的护士疲劳量化模型,然后在疲劳量化基础上,构建满足医院手术量需求下的手术护士疲劳负荷均衡的排台模型,并采用Lingo软件求解。结果:采用构建的疲劳量化模型可计算出手术护士中洗手护士和巡回护士完成各项作业的疲劳负荷率,再汇总得到护士各台手术的疲劳累计值,得到考虑疲劳负荷均衡的手术排台表。结论:应用考虑疲劳负荷均衡的手术护士排台方法,有助于手术护士健康水平的改善和手术系统稳健性的提高,为手术护士分配手术台及其疲劳风险管理提供了一定的决策参考。Objective:To explore the scheduling method considering nurse fatigue balance under the condition of meeting the requirements of hospital operation.Methods:Firstly,a quantitative model of nurse fatigue based on job decomposition and Jack software simulation was constructed.Then,on the basis of fatigue quantification,a bench model of fatigue load balance of surgical nurses meeting the needs of hospital operation volume was constructed and solved by lingo software.Results:The fatigue quantification model constructed can be used to calculate the fatigue load rate of hand washing nurses and itinerant nurses completing various tasks among surgical nurses,and then summarize the cumulative fatigue values of nurses for each surgery to obtain a surgical scheduling table that considers the balance of fatigue load.Conclusion:The application of table arrangement method of operating nurses considering fatigue load balance is helpful to improve the health level of operating nurses and the robustness of operating system,and provides a certain decision⁃making reference for operating nurses to allocate operating tables and their fatigue risk management.
