余弦函数下广义正交模糊集成算子及应用

摘　　要：在广义正交模糊环境下,定义了基于余弦函数的广义正交模糊运算法则;同时研究了一些运算性质,提出了基于余弦函数的广义正交模糊加权算术平均(CT-q-ROFWA)算子和加权几何平均(CT-q-ROFWG)算子.最后在广义正交模糊环境下基于CT-q-ROFWA算子和CT-q-ROFWG算子提出了一种多属性决策方法,并通过算例验证了方法的可行性与有效性.In the generalized orthopair fuzzy environment,we defined the generalized orthopair fuzzy operator based on the cosine function and studied some operational properties,and proposed the generalized orthogonal fuzzy weighted arithmetic average(CT-q-ROFWA)operator and the weighted geometric average(CT-q-ROFWG)operator based on the cosine function.Finally,we proposed a multi-attribute decision method based on CT-q-ROFWA operator and CT-q-ROFWG operator under generalized orthopair fuzzy environment,the case verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
