补血益母丸治疗左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统放置后阴道点滴出血的疗效

摘　　要：目的研究补血益母丸治疗左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统放置后阴道点滴出血的疗效。方法选取本院240例因无法接受放置左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统后出现阴道点滴出血而前来就诊的患者,根据随机数字表法分成两组,各120例。对照组患者持续观察、不服用任何药物,观察组患者口服补血益母丸。随访6个月,比较两组患者每日阴道点滴出血量、每月阴道点滴出血持续时间、治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗1个月、3个月、6个月后,观察组每日阴道点滴出血量均少于对照组,每月阴道点滴出血持续时间短于对照组;观察组治疗有效率为84.17%,高于对照组的68.33%;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补血益母丸治疗左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统放置后阴道点滴出血疗效显著,值得推广。Objective Study the therapeutic effect of Buxue yimu pills on vaginal drip bleeding after the placement of levonorgestrel intrauterine sustained-release system.Methods 240 patients who came to our hospital for treatment due to vaginal drip bleeding after being unable to accept the placement of levonorgestrel intrauterine sustained-release system were randomly divided into two groups,with 120 patients in each group.The control group patients were continuously observed without taking any medication,while the observation group patients were orally treated with Buxue yimu pills.Follow up for 6 months and compare the daily vaginal drip bleeding volume,monthly vaginal drip bleeding duration,treatment effectiveness,and adverse reactions between the two groups of patients.Results After 1 month,3 months,and 6 months of treatment,the daily vaginal drip bleeding volume in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the duration of monthly vaginal drip bleeding was shorter than that in the control group;The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 84.17%,which was higher than 68.33%in the control group;The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Buxue yimu pills has a significant therapeutic effect on vaginal drip bleeding after the placement of levonorgestrel intrauterine sustained-release system,and is worth promoting.
