达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果及对患者糖代谢和月经恢复情况的影响

摘　　要：目的分析炔雌醇环丙孕酮片(达英-35)联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果,并分析对患者糖代谢和月经恢复的影响。方法选取100例多囊卵巢综合征患者,根据随机盲选法将患者分为干预组与对照组,每组50例。对照组使用达英-35治疗,干预组采用达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后性激素、空腹血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯和高密度脂蛋白水平,并分析两组患者的月经恢复率、排卵率和有效率。结果治疗后,两组患者的促黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)、空腹血糖(FBG)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)及卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平均有所降低,高密度脂蛋白(HDL)水平升高,且干预组患者LH、T、FBG、TG、TC及FSH水平均低于对照组,HDL水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组患者的月经恢复率94.0%、排卵率84.0%和治疗有效率96.0%均高于对照组的66.0%、58.0%、82.0%(P<0.05)。结论达英-35联合二甲双胍可改善多囊卵巢综合征患者的性激素水平,促进糖脂水平的恢复,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the effects of acetylestradiol cyproterone tablets(Diane-35)combined with metformin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome,and to analyze the effects on glucose metabolism and menstrual recovery.Methods 100 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were selected and divided into intervention group and control group according to random blind selection,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Diane-35,and the intervention group was treated with Diane-35 combined with metformin.The levels of sex hormone,fasting blood glucose,total cholesterol,triglyceride and high density lipoprotein before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the rate of menstrual recovery,ovulation rate and effective rate of the two groups were analyzed.Results After treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T),fasting blood glucose(FBG),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)in 2 groups were decreased,while the levels of high density lipoprotein(HDL)were increased.The levels of LH,T,FBG,TG,TC and FSH in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,while the level of HDL was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The menstrual recovery rate of 94.0%,ovulation rate of 84.0%and effective rate of 96.0%in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group of 66.0%,58.0%and 82.0%(P<0.05).Conclusion Diane-35 combined with metformin can improve sex hormone levels in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and promote the recovery of glucolipid levels,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
