米非司酮配伍米索前列醇联合刮宫术治疗瘢痕子宫早孕的安全性研究

摘　　要：目的研究米非司酮配伍米索前列醇联合刮宫术治疗瘢痕子宫早孕的安全性。方法选取46例瘢痕子宫早孕患者,均应用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇联合刮宫术治疗。观察患者流产效果、阴道出血量和出血持续时间及孕囊直径及并发症发生情况。结果46例患者中完全流产42例,占比91.30%,部分流产2例,占比4.35%,流产完全失败2例,占比4.35%。流产成功率为91.30%,流产失败率为8.70%患者阴道出血量(52.03±10.11)ml,出血持续时间(7.32±0.46)d,孕囊直径(0.60±0.11)cm。46例患者发生人流综合征1例,占比2.17%,子宫穿孔1例,占比2.17%,宫颈损伤2例,占比4.35%,并发症发生率为8.69%。结论米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗瘢痕子宫早孕可以提高流产效果,减少阴道出血量,缩短出血时间,降低并发症发生,有利于患者早日康复。Objective To study the safety of mifepristone combined with misoprostol and curettage in the treatment of early pregnancy with cicatricial uterus.Methods 46 patients with early pregnancy with cicatricial uterus were selected and treated with mifepristone combined with misoprostol combined with curettage.The effect of abortion,the amount and duration of vaginal bleeding,the diameter of the gestational sac and the occurrence of complications were observed.Results Among the 46 patients,42 cases had complete abortion,accounting for 91.30%;2 cases had partial abortion,accounting for 4.35%;2 cases had complete abortion failure,accounting for 4.35%.The success rate of abortion was 91.30%and the failure rate of abortion was 8.70%.The amount of vaginal bleeding was(52.03±10.11)ml,the duration of bleeding was(7.32±0.46)d,and the diameter of the gestational sac was(0.60±0.11)cm.Among the 46 patients,abortion syndrome occurred in 1 case,accounting for 2.17%,uterine perforation in 1 case,accounting for 2.17%,cervical injury in 2 cases,accounting for 4.35%,and the complication rate was 8.69%.Conclusion Mifepristone combined with misoprostol in the treatment of cicatric uterine early pregnancy can improve the effect of abortion,reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding,shorten the bleeding time,reduce the occurrence of complications,and facilitate the earlyrecoveryofpatients.
