复方甲硝唑栓联合纳米银抗菌水凝胶治疗阴道炎的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨阴道炎患者应用复方甲硝唑栓联合纳米银抗菌水凝胶治疗的效果。方法选取63例阴道炎患者,通过红篮球分组法分为对照组(31例)与研究组(32例)。对照组患者予以复方甲硝唑栓治疗,研究组患者予以复方甲硝唑栓联合纳米银抗菌水凝胶治疗。比较两组患者的血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、转化生长因子-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)含量及治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组IL-1β、TGF-β_(1)及MCP-1指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者IL-1β、TGF-β_(1)及MCP-1指标均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的治疗总有效率为96.88%,明显高于对照组的80.65%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阴道炎患者采取复方甲硝唑栓联合纳米银抗菌水凝胶治疗具有显著效果,不仅可以改善患者临床症状,而且杀菌、抗菌效果极佳,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the effect of compound metronidazole suppository combined with nano silver antibacterial hydrogel in the treatment of vaginitis.Methods 63 patients with vaginitis were selected and divided into control group(31 cases)and study group(32 cases)by red basketball grouping method.The control group was treated with compound metronidazole suppository,while the study group was treated with compound metronidazole suppository combined with nano silver antibacterial hydrogel.Serum contents of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),transforming growth factor-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1)),monocyte chemotactic protein-1(MCP-1)and therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in IL-1β,TGF-β_(1) and MCP-1 indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the indexes of IL-1β,TGF-β_(1) and MCP-1 in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 96.88%,significantly higher than that of the control group(80.65%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of vaginitis patients with compound metronidazole suppository combined with nano silver antibacterial hydrogel has significant effects,which can not only improve the clinical symptoms of patients,but also have excellent bactericidal and antibacterial effects,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
