强化手术室护理干预应用于腹腔镜卵巢囊肿切除术中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究强化手术室护理干预应用于腹腔镜卵巢囊肿切除术中的效果。方法选取32例行腹腔镜卵巢囊肿切除术患者,按照护理方法不同将其分为对照组与观察组,每组16例。对照组采取手术室常规护理,观察组采取强化手术室护理干预。比较两组患者手术指标和术后并发症发生率。结果观察组患者胃肠道恢复时间、下床活动时间及平均住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组、对照组患者术后并发症发生率分别为0、25.00%,观察组患者术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在腹腔镜卵巢囊肿手术中强化手术室护理干预能够有效缩短术后康复时间,降低并发症发生率,具有临床推广价值。Objective To exploretheeffect of intensivenursingintervention in operatingroomin laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection.Methods 32 patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,with 16 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing in the operating room,and the observation group received intensive nursing intervention in the operating room.The surgical indexes and postoperative complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The gastrointestinal recovery time,the time to get out of bed and the average length of stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in observation group and control group were O and 25.00%,respectively,and the incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intensive nursing intervention in the operating room during laparoscopic ovarian cyst surgery can effectively shorten the postoperative rehabilitation time and reduce the incidence of complications,which has the value of clinical promotion.
