药学干预对妇产科合理应用抗菌药物的影响分析

摘　　要：目的 分析药学干预对妇产科合理应用抗菌药物的影响。方法 选取本院260例妇产科患者为对照组,抗菌用药进行常规药物干预;另选260例妇产科患者为试验组,抗菌用药进行药学干预。比较两组抗菌药物使用情况及合理用药指标(限定日剂量、药物使用频度、药物利用指数)。结果 试验组用药种类、使用抗菌药、联合用药、药敏试验送检和药物利用指数均优于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,除硫酸阿米卡星、奥硝唑和阿奇霉素外,试验组其他药物的药物利用指数更接近1。结论 药学干预对妇产科合理应用抗菌药物的影响效果显著,能有效促进抗菌药物的正确合理使用,临床推广价值较高。Objective To analyze the impact of pharmaceutical interventions on the rational use of antibiotics in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods Select 260 obstetrics and gynecology patients in our hospital as the control group,and use antibiotics for routine drug intervention;Another 260 gynecological and obstetric patients were selected as the experimental group,and antimicrobial drugs were used for pharmaceutical intervention.Compare the usage of two groups of antibacterial drugs and their reasonable medication indicators(limited daily dose,frequency of drug use,and drug utilization index).Results The type of medication,use of antibiotics,combination therapy,drug sensitivity test submission,and drug utilization index of the experimental group were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,except for amikacin sulfate,ornidazole,and azithromycin,the drug utilization index of other drugs in the experimental group was closer to 1.Conclusion Pharmaceutical intervention has a significant impact on the rational use of antibiotics in obstetrics and gynecology,and can effectively promote the correct and reasonable use of antibiotics,with high clinical promotion value.
