来曲唑联合尿促性素治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 观察来曲唑联合尿促性素治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕的效果。方法 选取本院80例PCOS不孕患者,根据用药方法方案分为研究组和对照组,各40例。对照组患者单用来曲唑治疗,研究组患者予以来曲唑联合尿促性素治疗。比较两组患者的促排卵效果、妊娠结局及不良反应。结果 研究组子宫内膜厚度大于对照组,成熟卵泡数多于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组排卵率(90.00%)高于对照组(62.50%),总妊娠率(47.50%)高于对照组(25.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 与单用来曲唑相比,来曲唑联合尿促性素治疗PCOS不孕,促排卵效果更好,妊娠率、排卵成功率更高,且未见不良反应增加,安全性好,值得推广。Objective Observation of the effect of letrozole combined with urotropin in the treatment of infertility in polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods 80 cases of PCOS infertility in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group patients were treated with trazole alone,while the study group patients were treated with trazole combined with urotropin.Compare the ovulation promoting effect,pregnancy outcome,and adverse reactions between two groups of patients.Results The endometrial thickness of the study group was greater than that of the control group,and the number of mature follicles was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of ovulation in the study group(90.00%)was higher than that in the control group(62.50%),and the total pregnancy rate(47.50%)was higher than that in the control group(25.00%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with single use of trazole,the combination of letrozole and urotropin in the treatment of PCOS infertility has better ovulation promoting effect,higher pregnancy rate and ovulation success rate,and no increase in adverse reactions.The safety is good,and it is worth promoting.
