自拟清热解郁汤联合低频脉冲电治疗肝郁血热证产后恶露不绝的效果

摘　　要：目的 分析自拟清热解郁汤联合低频脉冲电治疗肝郁血热证产后恶露不绝的临床效果。方法 选取本院58例肝郁血热证产后恶露不绝患者,随机数字表法将其分为两组,各29例。对照组给予低频脉冲电治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合自拟清热解郁汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果、临床症状及不良反应发生率。结果 治疗组治疗总有效率为93.10%,高于对照组的72.41%;治疗后,与对照组相比,治疗组恶露持续时间更短、恶露量更少、肝郁程度更低(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 自拟清热解郁汤联合低频脉冲电治疗肝郁血热证产后恶露不绝疗效确切,能有效减轻患者症状,保证治疗安全,值得应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of self formulated Qingre Jieyu Decoction combined with low-frequency pulse electric therapy on postpartum lochia due to liver stagnation and blood heat syndrome.Methods 58 patients with lochia continuous postpartum syndrome of liver depression and blood heat were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 29 cases each.The control group was given low-frequency pulsed electric therapy,and the treatment group was combined with selfprepared Qingre Jieyu decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,clinical symptoms and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.10%,which was higher than that of control group(72.41%).After treatment,lochia duration,lochia volume and liver depression were shorter in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Self made Qingre Jieyu Decoction combined with lowfrequency pulse electric therapy has a definite effect on the treatment of postpartum lochia due to liver stagnation and blood heat syndrome,can effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients,ensure treatment safety,and is worthy of application.
