摘　　要：目的 探讨器具按摩与手法按摩对初产妇分娩疼痛及分娩体验的影响。方法 选取本院的184名初产妇为研究对象,随机分为器具按摩组和手法按摩组,各92名。比较两组初产妇的活跃期疼痛评分、活跃期所需时间、分娩满意度。结果 手法按摩组进入活跃期30 min后、进入活跃期60 min后的疼痛评分低于器具按摩组(P<0.05);手法按摩组宫口扩张5~8 cm、宫口扩张8~10 cm所需时间短于器具按摩组(P<0.05);手法按摩组初产妇分娩满意度各项评分均高于器具按摩组(P<0.05)。结论 手法按摩在减轻初产妇分娩疼痛和提高分娩满意度方面比器具按摩更有效。Objective Explore the effects of instrumental massage and manual massage on the pain and delivery experience of primiparous women during childbirth.Methods 184 primiparous women from our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into instrument massage group and manual massage group,with 92 women in each group.Compare the pain scores,duration of active phase,and delivery satisfaction of two groups of primiparous women.Results The pain scores of the manual massage group after entering the active phase for 30 minutes and 60 minutes were lower than those of the instrument massage group(P<0.05);The time required for dilation of the cervix by 5-8 cm and 8-10 cm in the manual massage group was shorter than that in the instrument massage group(P<0.05);The satisfaction scores of primiparous delivery in the manual massage group were higher than those in the instrument massage group(P<0.05).Conclusion Manual massage is more effective than instrumental massage in reducing labor pain and improving delivery satisfaction in primiparous women.
