摘　　要：目的 分析彩色多普勒超声评估多囊卵巢综合征患者子宫内膜厚度及卵巢血流动力学的价值。方法 选取60例多囊卵巢综合征患者为研究组,同期60例月经正常女性为对照组。比较研究组与对照组、促排卵成功组与促排卵失败组的子宫内膜厚度与卵巢血流阻力指数。结果 研究组卵巢血流阻力指数小于对照组,子宫内膜厚度大于对照组(P<0.05)。注射人绒毛膜促性腺激素当日与黄体中期,促排卵成功组的卵巢血流阻力指数小于促排卵失败组,子宫内膜厚度大于促排卵失败组(P<0.05)。结论 彩色多普勒超声检查可准确评估多囊卵巢综合征患者的子宫内膜厚度、卵巢血流阻力指数。Objective To analyze the value of color Doppler ultrasound in evaluating endometrial thickness and ovarian hemodynamics in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods60 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were selected as the study group and 60 women with normal menstruation were selected as the control group.The endometrial thickness and ovarian blood flow resistance index were compared between the study group and the control group and between the successful and failed ovulation groups.Results The ovarian blood flow resistance index of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the endometrial thickness was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).On the day of human chorionic gonadotropin injection and in the middle luteal stage,the ovarian blood flow resistance index in the successful ovulation group was lower than that in the failed ovulation group,and the endometrial thickness was higher than that in the failed ovulation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can accurately evaluate endometrial thickness and ovarian blood flow resistance index in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.
