经腹部超声与经阴道超声诊断宫外孕的效果比较

摘　　要：目的 比较经腹部超声与经阴道超声诊断宫外孕的效果。方法 选取本院收治的56例宫外孕患者,均给予经腹部超声、经阴道超声检查。对比两种检查方式的检出情况。结果 经阴道超声对宫内假孕囊、心管搏动、胚芽、盆腔积液的检出率高于经腹部超声(P<0.05);宫外孕检出符合率,经阴道超声为89.29%,高于经腹部超声的62.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 经阴道超声诊断宫外孕,准确率及诊断价值更高,更利于临床判断病情,值得推广。Objective To compare the effectiveness of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 56 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to our hospital were examined by transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound,and the detection rates of the two methods were compared.Results The detection rate of intrauterine pseudopregnancy sac,cardiac pulsation,germ,and pelvic fluid accumulation by transvaginal ultrasound was higher than that by transabdominal ultrasound(P<0.05).The detection coincidence rate of ectopic pregnancy by transvaginal ultrasound was 89.29%,which was higher than that by transabdominal ultrasound(62.50%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy has a higher accuracy and diagnostic value,which is more conducive to clinical judgment of the condition,and is worth promoting.
