优质护理应用于育龄女性宫内节育器取出术的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨优质护理应用于育龄女性宫内节育器取出术的效果。方法 选取本院妇科门诊500例行宫内节育器取出术的育龄女性为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各250例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用优质护理,比较两组焦虑程度、疼痛程度、取环成功率及护理满意度。结果 观察组的焦虑自评量表评分和总焦虑率低于对照组(P<0.05),术中和术后疼痛视觉模拟评分和总疼痛率低于对照组(P<0.05),取环成功率和护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 优质护理应用于育龄女性宫内节育器取出术,可降低焦虑情绪,减轻疼痛感,提高取环成功率和护理满意度,值得临床应用。Objective To exploring the efect of high-quality nursing applied to the removal of intrauterine devices in women of childbearing age.Methods A study was conducted on 500 women of childbearing age who underwent intrauterine device removal surgery at the gynecological outpatient department of our hospital.They were divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 250 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received high-quality care.The levels of anxiety,pain,success rate of IUD removal,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The self-rating anxiety scale score and total anxiety rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the visual simulation score and total pain rate of intraoperative and postoperative pain were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of IUD removal and nursing satisfaction were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing in the removal of intrauterine devices in women of childbearing age can reduce anxiety,alleviate pain,improve the success rate of IUD removal and nursing satisfaction,and is worthy ofclinical application.
