基于PERMA的优质护理在宫颈上皮内瘤病变术后的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨基于PERMA的优质护理在宫颈上皮内瘤病变(CIN)患者行宫颈环形电切术术后的应用效果。方法 选取100例CIN行宫颈环形电切术的患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各50例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用基于PERMA的优质护理,比较两组患者护理前后的治疗依从性、负面情绪和自理能力。结果 护理后,观察组心理行为、运动、服药、均衡饮食评分均高于对照组,焦虑、抑郁、疲劳和愤怒情绪评分低于对照组,自理技能、自我责任感、健康知识、自我概念评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于PERMA的优质护理可有效改善CIN患者宫颈环形电切术术后的治疗依从性、负面情绪和自理能力,临床应用价值较高。Objective To Exploring the application effect of high-quality care based on PERMA in patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)undergoing cervical circular electrosurgical resection.Methods 100 patients with CIN undergoing cervical circular electrosurgical resection were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received highquality care based on PERMA.The treatment compliance,negative emotions,and self-care abilities of the two groups of patients were compared before and after care.Results After nursing care,the psychological behavior,exercise,medication,and balanced diet scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,while the scores of anxiety,depression,fatigue,and anger were lower than those of the control group.The scores of self-care skills,sense of responsibility,health knowledge,and self-concept were all higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing based on PERMA can effectively improve the treatment compliance,negative emotions,and selfcare ability of CIN patients after cervical circumcision,and has high clinical application value.
