摘  要:以UF胶为黏结相的传统玉米秸秆基复合板和以改性木质素磺酸铵的玉米秸秆(MAL/CS)复合板为研究对象,利用Gabi 6.0软件,基于ReCiPe方法对两种产品的环境效应影响进行分析。结果表明:原材料准备和热压成型阶段对所有的终点环境影响类别的贡献较大,而后期处理阶段对环境影响的贡献最小。对比传统玉米秸秆基复合板,MAL/CS复合板的3类终端环境影响类别更小,说明MAL/CS复合板的生产环节的环保指数更高,可替代传统玉米秸秆基复合板。Taking MAL/CS composite boards and traditional corn stalk-based composite boards as the research object,the environmental impact in the whole process of manufacturing of the two products was analyzed.Gabi 6.0 software was used to establish the model,and the life cycle evaluation comparison of the two products was investigated based on the ReCiPe method.The results showed that the contribution of raw material preparation and hot press molding to the environmental impact index of all end points was large,but the contribution of the late processing stage to the environmental impact index was small.As an environmentally friendly product,compared with the traditional corn stalk-based composite boards,the environmental impact index of the three types of terminals of MAL/CS composite boards was smaller,indicating that the production of MAL/CS composite boards was more environmentally friendly.It can replace the traditional corn straw-based composite boards.
