摘　　要：介绍了邻里中心概念的起源,结合邻里中心在新加坡与苏州工业园区的具体实践,总结了邻里中心的几个特点,深入探讨了邻里中心的现实意义,针对其在设计上应该注意的一些方面,给出了相应的建议。The neighborhood center model is a community business model integrating commerce,culture,sports,health,education and basic public services formed by Suzhou Industrial Park after years of practicing based on the advanced concept of Singapore's public management.The study of its model help us to clarify its development context and provides theoretical support for design practice.
