摘  要:对某高烈度区特别不规则多层教学楼的结构设计进行详细的论述。采用PKPM-GZ根据GB/T 51408—2021建筑隔震设计标准进行隔震设计,采用ETABS进行大震弹塑性和楼板应力补充分析。分析表明:V形平面导致结构有较强的扭转效应,通过合理布置隔震垫经济有效的控制结构扭转效应。除规范指定的关键构件外,该工程还把钢桁架连廊和与其强连接的框架柱定义为关键构件。除全楼满足设防地震作用下正常使用的要求外,关键构件还应满足中震弹性的性能目标。隔震技术可大幅降低输入到上部结构地震力,较为经济合理的实现上述性能目标。This paper discusses in detail the structural design of a special irregular multi-storey teaching building in a high seismic area.In this paper,PKPM-GZ is adopted for isolation design according to Standard for Seismic Isolation design of Building(GB/T 51408—2021),and ETABS is adopted for elastic-plastic and floor stress supplementary analysis of rare earthquake.For the strong torsional effect of the structure caused by the V-shaped plane,the torsional effect of the structure can be economically and effectively controlled by reasonably arranging the isolation pads.In addition to the key components specified in the code,this project also defines the steel truss corridor and the frame column strongly connected with it as the key components.The key components,in addition to the requirements of normal use of the whole building under precautionary earthquake,should also meet the performance objectives of elasticity of section under precautionary earthquake.As the isolation technology can greatly reduce the seismic force input to the superstructure,it can achieve the above performance goals economically and reasonably.
