摘 要:装配式结构是量大面广的低层住宅优选的结构类型,但有些技术问题尚待解决。为此,结合我国低层住宅的发展现状,对新近出现的装配式结构相关技术从整体结构和局部研究两大方面进行了较为全面的综述,介绍了七种结构体系和四方面(预制构件、节点与连接、BIM、模板)的专题研究成果,进而提出了开展下一步研究工作的具体展望,可为后续的技术研发提供参考。Prefabricated structure is the preferred structural type for low rise residential buildings with large quantities and wide areas.However,some technical issues still need to be solved.Therefore,based on the current development status of low-rise residential buildings in China,a comprehensive review was conducted on the newly emerged prefabricated structure related technologies from two aspects:overall structure and local research.Seven structural systems and four specific research aspects(prefabricated components,nodes and connections,BIM,formwork)were introduced.Specific prospects for further research work,which can provide reference for subsequent technological research and development were then proposed.
