摘  要:针对沥青路面使用过程中抗滑性能衰减及行车安全问题,进行超薄罩面养护是常用的技术手段。依据均匀设计方法,以集料孔隙率和表面构造深度作为确定最优集料级配的评价指标,进行抗滑表处层矿料级配设计;采用层间拉伸和剪切试验,依据拉伸强度、断裂能、剪切强度、剪切形变能综合确定超薄罩面层混合料黏结材料的组成。结果表明:钢渣的多孔结构有利于其与沥青更好地黏结,是优选的超薄罩面层抗滑集料;推荐较优的抗滑表处层材料配比为4.75~9.5∶2.36~4.75∶1.18~2.36∶0.6~1.18∶0~0.6∶沥青=16.2∶22.7∶25.0∶23.2∶7.7∶5.2;在沥青结合料中,环氧树脂胶结料、纳米有机蒙脱土最佳掺量分别为19%,12%。Ultra-thin cover maintenance is a common technique for the anti-sliding performance attenuation and driving safety problems during the use of asphalt pavement.In this paper,SEM and XRD tests were used to detect the microstructure and phase compositions of all aggregates.According to the uniform design method,the air voids and the surface texture depth of aggregates were selected as the evaluation indexes to determine the optimal aggregate gradation,and then the gradation of the anti-sliding course mixture was designed.The interlaminar tensile and shear tests were used to determine the composition of binding materials for ultra-thin overlay,based on the indexes of tensile strength,fracture energy,shear strength and shear deformation energy.The results show that the porous structure of the steel slag is advantageous for its better bonding with the asphalt,so the steel slag is a preferred anti-sliding aggregate for ultra-thin overlay.The recommended material ratio of the anti-sliding surface layer is 16.2%,22.7%,25.0%,23.2%,7.7%,5.2%for aggregate(4.75~9.5),aggregate(2.36~4.75),aggregate(1.18~2.36),aggregate(0.6~1.18),aggregate(0~0.6)and asphalt,respectively.The optimum amount of epoxy resin binder and nano organic montmorillonite is 19%and 12%in asphaltic binder,respectively.
