摘 要:卷筒组结构是钢丝绳卷扬式垂直升船机主提升机的关键设备之一,其强度和刚度直接关系到升船机安装运行的可靠性。文章采用有限元分析方法,对亭子口升船机主提升机卷筒结构进行三维建模和仿真分析,并将计算结果与现场运行的实测数据进行对比,结果表明,卷筒有限元计算中采用的模型、荷载和边界约束条件均较合理,计算方法可推广应用至卷筒结构设计中,具有一定的工程指导意义。The drum structure is one of the most equipment of steel-rope-winding vertical ship-lifts.Its strength and stiffness are directly related to the reliability of ship-lifts installation and operation.The drum structure in main hoist has the characteristics of large scale,complex loading and boundary conditions.In this paper,the finite element analysis is used in the analysis and calculation of drum structure of Ting Zikou ship-lifts.The calculation result are compared with the measured data from field operation.The result show that the model,load and boundary constraints used in drum structure calculation are reasonable.The calculation method can be applicated to the drum structure design,which has certain engineering guiding significance.
