摘 要:承船厢水平度是反映全平衡钢丝绳卷扬式升船机制造安装、调试质量和运行安全性的一个重要技术指标。文章阐述了承船厢水平度偏差控制对升船机主提升机各卷扬机设备提升载荷均匀性的影响,提出了该最大偏差所引起各卷扬机提升载荷相对差不大于20%的控制设计原则,分析了影响承船厢水平度偏差的主要因素和计算方法,根据升船机的整体力学平衡条件和承船厢水平度偏差控制原则,推导出承船厢水平度偏差容许值的计算公式,并将成果应用于构皮滩第二级全平衡钢丝绳卷扬式垂直升船机,验证了该方法的有效性与合理性。The levelness of the ship chambers is an important index that reflects the quality in fabrication,installment and commissioning and operational safety of full Balance winch vertical shiplifts.This article studies the influence of the levelness of the ship chambers on the distribution evenness of the hoist forces among the winches of the main hoist of full balance winch vertical shiplifts,and proposes the principle for control design and calculation of the deviation in levelness of the ship chamber,that is,the relative difference of the hoist forces of the winches of the main hoist result ing from the deviation of the levelness of the ship chambers is less than 20%.The factors that yield the deviations of the levelness of the ship chambers have been explored and the calculation formulas have been suggested.Furtherly,the authors derive the formula for calculation of allowable value for deviation of the levelness of the ship chamber,based on the integral mechanical balance conditions of shiplifts and the principle for control of levelness of the ship chambers.According to the method suggested in this article,the levelness of the ship chamber of the second step full balance winch vertical shiplift of the Goupitan hydropower station,has been calculated,and the validity and rationality of the calculation method verified.
