摘  要:作为北京市北运河水系河道治理方案的重要组成部分,施工导流应得到重点关注。北运河水系各河道主要特性为:河道间联系紧密,具备通过沟渠由其他河道分流的条件;河道汛期流量大,非汛期流量较小,汛期、非汛期流量相差大;除个别拦蓄水位段河道河水较深外,各河道河床宽浅。河道治理工程施工导流中采取的措施包括:受河水影响的项目施工原则上控制在一个非汛期内完成;从源头上考虑导流方案,充分利用上游分流条件,选择非汛期流量较小的导流时段,从而回避导流或减小导流流量;常规的河道导流方式以束窄河道分期导流为主;深水围堰结构型式可重点考虑采用钢板桩围堰,其在带水填筑及拆除、土料用量和投资等方面具有一定的优势。In recent years,the watercourses of the Beiyun River system in Beijing have become the focus of governance.As an important part of the watercourse governance plan,the construction diversion should be given priority attention.The main characteristics of the watercourses of the Beiyun River system are as follows:the watercourses are closely connected and have the conditions for diversion from other watercourses through ditches;The river flow is large in flood season and small in non-flood season,and the flow difference between flood season and non-flood season is large;The river bed of each river channel is wide and shallow,except for the deep river water in some impoundment level sections.The measures taken in the construction diversion of the river regulation project include:in principle,the project construction affected by the river water shall be controlled to be completed within a non-flood season;Consider the diversion scheme from the source,make full use of the upstream diversion conditions,select the diversion period with small flow in non-flood season,so as to avoid diversion or reduce the diversion flow;The conventional channel diversion mode is dominated by stage diversion of narrow channel;Steel sheet pile cofferdam can be mainly considered as the structural form of deep-water cofferdam,which has certain advantages in filling and removal with water,soil consumption and investment.
