摘  要:通过小试单柱、中试双柱离子交换试验,发现A1阴树脂可有效去除废水中六价铬,吸附20 h内均可将六价铬控制在<0.2 mg/L。霍尔槽试验表明A1阴树脂再生液作为铬镀槽补充液具有良好的可行性。B1阳树脂阳树脂可有效吸附铜、铁、锌、镍阳离子。阴、阳树脂串联出水离子浓度较低,满足工艺前处理冲洗条件。该技术将在电镀工艺中实现铬金属的原位利用及水的回用提供数据支撑和理论依据,对含铬电镀废水的可控化和资源化产生重要影响。During the research,it is manifested that Euro-American chromium resin can effectively remove hexavalent chromium from wastewater by single-column and double-column ion exchange experiments in small-scale and pilot-scale,and the hexavalent chromium can be controlled to<0.2 mg/L within 20 h.Hall tank experiments demonstrate that the regeneration solution is feasible as a supplemental solution for chromium plating tank.The common cation resin in Europe and America can effectively adsorb cations.The ion concentration of the anion and cation resin tandem effluent is low and meets the process pre-treatment flushing conditions.This technology provides data support and theoretical basis for realizing in-situ utilization of heavy metals in electroplating production lines and water reuse,and is of great significance to the source and process control of chromium plating wastewater.
