摘 要:水电站建设约80%以上的生产废水来源于砂石加工系统冲洗,为使砂石加工系统废水处理在设计阶段更贴近实际运行,结合国内已实施的水电工程砂石料加工系统生产废水处理实际,对废水处理工程设计原则、设计规模确定、设计水质确定、选址及平面布置、工艺优缺点、不同规模及不同水质的工艺选择、各处理工艺的技术经济指标等进行了分析和研究,为今后砂石加工系统废水处理设计提供经验和借鉴。More than 80%of the production wastewater from the construction of hydropower station comes from the flushing of sand and gravel processing system.In order to make the wastewater treatment of sand and gravel processing system closer to the actual operation in the design stage,combined with the actual production wastewater treatment of sand and gravel processing system of domestic hydropower projects,this paper discusses the design principles,design scale,design water quality,site selection,plane layout,process advantages and disadvantages of wastewater treatment engineering,the process selection of different scale and different water quality and the technical and economic indexes of each treatment process are analyzed and studied.It provides some experience and reference for the wastewater treatment design of sand and gravel processing system in the future.
