MOF材料-乙炔黑复合修饰玻碳电极的制备及洛美沙星的检测应用

摘  要:将乙炔黑分散黏附在MOF材料Zn-BTC的金属骨架上,而后将MOF’s-AB滴涂在玻碳电极上制成复合修饰玻碳电极(MOF’s-AB/GCE)。采用电化学阻抗、扫描电镜(SEM)对其进行表征,发现AB颗粒黏附在金属孔道中,使得复合修饰电极Rct值为24Ω,具有极强的导电能力。对洛美沙星(LMF)进行了电化学行为研究,与GCE相比,电催化氧化明显增强,其氧化峰电流增加6.4倍。采用计时库仑法(CC)得到有效电极面积为达到0.055 cm^(2),相比GCE具有更大的有效电极面积;采用方波冲伏安法(SWV)测得到LMF响应电流与浓度在4.0~700μmol/L成线性,检出限(LOD,S/N=3)为0.63μmol/L,同时应用于LMF滴眼液的检测,RSD在1.5%~3.4%之间,回收率达97.50%~101.0%。In this paper,acetylene black was dispersed and adhered to the metal skeleton of the MOF material Zn-BTC,and then MOF’s-AB was dropwise to make modified glassy carbon electrode.The composite was characterized by scanning electron microscopy and electrochemical inpedance spectrum,TheR ct value of the composite modified electrode obtained is 24Ω,its good electric conductivity.Analysis electrochemical behavior of thiophanate-methyl(LMF)at MOF’s-AB/GCE,the cyclic voltammetry oxidation peak current values increased by 6.4times of GCE.The effective electrode area obtained by chronocoulometry is 0.055 cm^(2),which is larger than GCE.Use Square wave impulse voltammetry,and linear relationship in the concentration range of 4.0~700μmol/L with the limit of quantification(S/N=3)of 0.63μmol/L.It is applied to the detection of LMF eye drops,with their relative standard deviations of 1.5%~3.4%and recoveries of 97.50%~101.0%.
