摘 要:顺北区块的地质特点是泥岩发育,易水化膨胀;裂缝发育、钻遇盐水层时存在漏失风险;机械钻速快极易发生钻头泥包、黏附卡钻等问题。为解决上述难题,在本井三开井段采用钾胺基防塌钻井液体系。室内性能评价实验表明,该体系钻井液有良好的流变性、抑制性、高温稳定性、润滑性。现场应用效果表明,该体系钻井液可以满足顺北区块深井、超深井的携岩、防塌、润滑要求,井壁稳定,井眼规则,井下无复杂情况发生。Analyzing the geological characteristics of Shunbei block,mudstone develops during drilling and is easy to hydrate and expand.There is a risk of leakage when fractures develop and drilling meets saline layer.Problems such as bit balling and adhesion sticking are easy to occur with fast drilling speed.In order to solve the above problems,potassium-ammonium anti-collapse drilling fluid system was used in the third drilling section of the well.The results of laboratory performance evaluation show that the drilling fluid has good rheological properties,inhibition,high temperature stability and lubricity.The field application results show that drilling fluid system can meet the requirements of rock carrying,hole caving prevention and lubrication of deep and ultra-deep wells in Shunbei block,with borehole stability and regular borehole,no complex downhole situations occurred.
