土贝母中水分、总灰分及醇溶性浸出物含量的测定

摘　　要：为加强高校与公司的产学研合作,某公司向我校提供了6个批次的市售土贝母中药材,请求确认土贝母的质量水平。通过检测其水分、总灰分和醇溶性浸出物这3个参数,结果发现6个批次样品的水分含量在6.77%~11.63%之间,总灰分在4.53%~4.87%之间,醇溶性浸出物含量在17.70%~24.75%之间。对照《中华人民共和国药典》(2015年版)规定的标准,6个批次的土贝母样本均符合国家标准,但不同批次的土贝母样本质量存在较大差异。In order to strengthen the production-university-research cooperation between the university and the company,a company provided the Chinese medicinal materials of Fritillary fritillary from six different companies to our university,and requested to confirm the quality level of Fritillary Fritillary.By testing the three parameters of water content,total ash and alcohol-soluble extract,the results show that the water content of the six batches of samples is between 6.77%and 11.63%,the total ash is between 4.53%and 4.87%,and the alcohol-soluble extract is between 17.70%and 24.75%.Compared with the standards stipulated in the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China(2015 edition),the samples of the six batches of Fritillaria termatia met the national standards,but the quality of the samples of different batches of Fritillaria termatia differed greatly.
