摘  要:针对多阀多柱气相色谱法测定高纯芳烃中的微量饱和烃的分析方法,存在仪器结构复杂、购置成本高、分析时间长的问题,提出一种单阀双柱,准确测定高纯芳烃中的微量饱和烃含量的分析技术。该技术的特点是仪器结构简单、分析快速、结果准确,比传统方法在降低仪器成本的同时,避免高纯芳烃对测定组分的干扰,可广泛应用于石油炼制及化工领域高纯芳烃中的微量饱和烃准确测定,对于提高生产效率和精益生产有重要意义。Aiming at the problems of complex instrument structure,high purchase cost and long analysis time in the analytical method of mμLti-valve and mμLti-column gas chromatography for the determination of trace saturated hydrocarbons in high-purity aromatic hydrocarbons,a single-valve and dual-column analytical technology for accurate determination of trace saturated hydrocarbons in high-purity aromatic hydrocarbons is proposed.The technology is characterized by simple instrument structure,fast analysis and accurate resμLts.Compared with traditional methods,it can reduce the instrument cost and avoid the interference of high-purity aromatics on the determination of components.It can be widely used in the accurate determination of trace saturated hydrocarbons in high-purity aromatics in petroleum refining and chemical industry.It is of great significance to improve production efficiency and lean production.
