摘 要:煤系针状焦因其具有良好的物理、机械、电性能及低热膨胀系数而得到广泛的应用。其硫氮含量是表征煤系针状焦质量优劣的主要指标之一。目前GB/T 32158—2015《煤系针状焦》列出的硫氮含量分析测试方法操作特别繁琐,耗时巨长,存在一定的局限性。针对此状况,探讨利用有机元素分析仪同时测试报告煤系针状焦中的硫氮含量,同时考察了若干影响测试结果准确性的因素。每个样品运行约需30 min。在保证测试结果准确性和精密度的前提下,大大地提高了分析测试工作效率。Coal-based needle coke is being widely applied due to its good physical,mechanical,electrical performances and low coefficient of thermal expansion.Sulfur and nitrogen content of coal-based needle coke is one of main parameters to characterize good quality or not.Nowadays the determination method of sulfur and Nitrogen content which was listed in GB/T 32158-2015《coal-based needle coke》is extremely complicated and trivial and it took much longer time to run and there is a certain limitation for actual analysis.Aiming at this case,a new method to test and report sulfur and nitrogen content in coal-based needle coke simultaneously by means of Organic element analyzer(OEA)will be discussed.And meantime some factors to influence accuracy will be also investigated.It will take less than 30 min to run one sample.The analysis efficiency will be highly heightened under guarantee of result accuracy and precision.
