摘  要:液化天然气(LNG)储罐在LNG接收站中占据核心地位,试桩工程位于LNG工程的前端。为优化大型LNG储罐工程试桩工程,为后期同类型试桩工程提供设计参考和工程借鉴,以一实际LNG工程的试桩设计与施工为背景,研究分析LNG工程储罐试桩设计与施工过程中存在的问题。在此基础上提出以下四点试桩建议:(1)在具有代表性的区域进行桩位布孔;(2)针对复杂地质情况采取差异化的终孔原则;(3)应进行破坏性压载试验,并对详勘报告提供的桩基参数进行验证;(4)进行静载试验时建议埋设应变测量元件。The LNG storage tank occupies a central position in the LNG receiving station,and the test pile project is located at the front end of the LNG project.In order to optimize the test pile engineering of large-scale liquefied natural gas(LNG)storage tank engineering,so as to provide design reference and engineering reference for the similar type of test pile project in the later stage,this paper studies and analyzes the problems existing in the design and construction of LNG project storage tank test piles design and construction on the background of the test pile design and construction of an actual LNG project.On this basis,the following four pile test suggestions are put forward:first,pile placement and hole distribution in representative areas;second,adopt differentiated final hole principle according to complex geological conditions;third,destructive ballast test should be carried out and pile foundation parameters provided in the detailed survey report should be verified;fourth,it is recommended to bury strain measuring elements when carrying out static load test.
