摘　　要：在海洋天然气钻探开采固定生产平台或者天然气浮式生产运输设施中,工艺管道在天然气的储存运输方面具有举足轻重的作用。冲径管支架作为一种支撑和限位型管道支架,在承受来自管道重力的同时保障了管道的平稳运行,是天然气管道系统的重要组成部分。常用的普通型竖直冲径管支架虽然结构简单施工方便,但在现场安装阶段常因高度无法调节而不能使用;常用的普通型水平冲径管支架仅能对竖直管道进行单一方向的限位,导致管道受力不均匀,进而产生塑性变形。改进的套管型和高度可调节型竖直冲径管支架结构满足了承重的基本功能,增加了在安装阶段的高度调节能力,同时方便现场施工;改进的双侧悬臂梁式水平冲径管支架对竖直管道进行对称方向上的限位,使管道受力更加均匀,避免局部变形。通过对改进型冲径管支架的优缺点和施工要点进行阐述,对于合理地设计、选用与安装管道支架具有重要的指导意义。In fixed production platforms for offshore gas drilling and exploitation or floating production and transportation facilities for natural gas,process pipelines play an important role in the storage and transportation of natural gas.As a support and limit type pipe support,the trunnion pipe support is an important part of the natural gas pipeline system,which can withstand the gravity from the pipeline and ensure the smooth operation of the pipeline.Although the common vertical trunnion pipe support is simple in structure and convenient in construction,it is often unable to be used due to the unadjusted height during on-site installation;The common horizontal trunnion pipe support can only limit the vertical pipe in a single direction,resulting in uneven stress on the pipe and plastic deformation.The improved casing type and height adjustable vertical trunnion pipe support structure meet the basic load bearing function,increase the height adjustment ability in the installation stage,and facilitate on-site construction;The improved double side cantilever type horizontal trunnion pipe support limits the vertical pipe symmetrically to make the pipe bear more uniform force and avoid local deformation.The advantages,disadvantages and construction points of the improved trunnion pipe support are described,which has important guiding significance for rational design,selection and installation of the pipe support.
