纳米氧化铝基复合水溶胶的合成及其灭火、阻隔性能研究

摘  要:以氧化铝水溶胶(Als)、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性聚磷酸铵(mAPP)为主要原料,采用水解缩合法合成了改性聚磷酸铵@氧化铝复合水溶胶(mAPP@Als),并研究了其组分结构、灭A类火性能和阻隔性能。研究结果表明,所合成mAPP@Als中的mAPP与Als通过共价键键连,且含有铝、磷、氮阻燃元素;所合成的mAPP@Als水溶胶能够达到GB 17835—2008灭A类火性能要求(1A),浸涂mAPP@Als水溶胶木材的极限氧指数可达31.6%,木板表面的炭层致密均匀,且产烟、产热明显下降。Modified ammonium polyphosphate@alumina composite hydrosol(mAPP@Als)was synthesized with alumina hydrosol(Als)and 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane modified ammonium polyphosphate through hydrolysis-condensation method.The component structure of the prepared sample was studied,and then the class A fire extinguishing and wood fire resistance experiments were conducted.It was found that the modified ammonium polyphosphate component of mAPP@Als was covalently bonded with alumina hydrosol component.Moreover,the prepared mAPP@Als containing aluminum,phosphorus,and nitrogen flame retardant elements.Furthermore,the synthesized mAPP@Als hydrosol can satisfy the GB 17835-2008 standard(1A).The limiting oxygen index of mAPP@Als hydrosol coated wood can reach 31.6%.The combustion residues on the wood surface was dense and uniform,and the smoke and heat productions were significantly restrained.
