摘  要:采用热模压工艺制备了不同玄武岩纤维含量的聚酰亚胺树脂基复合材料,研究了纤维含量对复合材料硬度、弯曲强度和摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,KH550改性玄武岩纤维(KBF)能够显著提高聚酰亚胺树脂(PI)的摩擦磨损性能。KBF含量在5%~15%(质量分数)增加时,KBF/PI复合材料的硬度和弯曲强度均明显增加,磨损率则明显降低;其中,KBF质量分数为10%和15%时,试样的弯曲强度较PI试样分别高约71.4%和214.3%,磨损率分别低约50%和60%。Polyimide resin matrix composites with different basalt fiber content were prepared by hot moulding process.The effects of fiber content on the hardness,bending strength and tribological properties of the composites were studied.The results show that addition of the basalt fiber modified by KH550(KBF)can enhance the tribological performance of the polyimide resin obviously.The hardness and bending strength of the composites increased obviously with the increase of the basalt fiber content from 5%to 15%(mass percentage),while the wear rate showed a continuous decrease tendency with the increase of the fiber content.In respect of the composites with KBF content of 10%and 15%,their bending strength were about 71.4%and 214.3%higher than that of the PI sample,and wear rates were about 50%and 60%lower.
