摘 要:利用铝厂废弃物赤泥的高碱性调控煤的灰熔融特性使其满足气流床气化需求意义重大。为探索赤泥对高硅铝煤灰熔融特性的影响,采用灰熔点测定仪、X-射线荧光仪(XRF)和X-射线衍射仪(XRD)等对两种拜耳法赤泥调控高硅铝煤灰熔融特性的行为和机制进行了探索。结果表明:拜尔法赤泥中的Na_(2)O、Fe_(2)O_(3)和CaO它们与其他硅铝酸盐发生反应,生成钠长石、铁橄榄石、铁尖晶石等低熔点矿物使得高硅铝阳泉煤的灰熔点降低。当拜耳法赤泥1和2的占总灰(原料)的质量分数分别为14.98%和17.27%(1.86%和2.21%)混合灰样的流动温度降至1380℃以下,满足气流床气化液态排渣要求。拜耳法赤泥1的氧化钠和氧化铁含量高于赤泥2。Na+的离子势比Fe^(2+)和Ca^(2+)低,更容易阻碍高熔点莫来石的形成,且所形成的钠长石和铁橄榄石比钙长石所需的能量低,这是导致拜耳法赤泥1降低阳泉煤灰熔点的效果比赤泥2明显的主要原因。It is of great significance to use the high alkalinity of aluminum plant waste red mud(RM)to regulate coal ash fusion characteristics(AFC)to meet the requirements of entrained flow gasification.To explore the effects of RM on the AFC of high-silicon aluminum coal,the ash fusion temperature(AFT)tester,X-ray fluorescence(XRF)and X-ray diffraction(XRD)were used to investigate the regulating behaviors and mechanisms of Bayer RM on the AFC of high-silicon aluminum Yangquan anthracite.The results showed that Na_(2)O,Fe_(2)O_(3)and CaO in Bayer RM reacted with other aluminosilicates to form low melting point(MP)minerals such as albite,fayalite,and hercynite,which deceased the AFT of mixed Yangquan coal.When the mass fraction of Bayer RM-1 and Bayer RM-2 in the total ash is 14.98%and 17.27%(1.86%and 2.21%of the raw material),the flow temperature of the mixed ash deceased to 1380℃,which meet the liquid-slag discharge requirements of entrained flow gasification.The content of sodium oxide and iron oxide in Bayer RM-1 was higher than that in Bayer RM-1.The ion potential of Na+was lower than that of Fe^(2+)and Ca^(2+),which was more likely to hinder high MP mullite formation,and the energy required to gerenate albite and forsterite was lower than that of anorthite.This resulted in Bayer RM-1 had more obvious effect on decreasing the AFT of Yangquan coal than that of Bayer RM-1.
