摘 要:目的:通过建立有效的指纹图谱分析方法,优化水荭花提取工艺,为其抗心肌缺血再灌注损伤药效物质基础研究奠定基础。方法:在建立水荭花提取物的UPLC-Q-TOF MS指纹图谱分析方法的基础上,对比不同提取物指纹图谱,优化水荭花提取方法,确定其提取工艺,并分析提取物中的有效成分。结果:通过对比研究,确定采用水提、醇沉、正丁醇萃取后过聚酰胺柱,以80%乙醇洗脱制备水荭花抗心肌缺血再灌注损伤有效组分,从中分析出27个有效成分,鉴定出17个化学成分。结论:本研究建立了高校便捷的水荭花有效组分指纹图谱分析方法,确定水荭花的提取工艺,为水荭花的深层次开发利用奠定实验基础。Objective:To analysis the anti-myocardial ischemia reperfusion unjury(MIRI)pharmacodynamic material Basis of Polygonum orientale L.Flower by establishing a fringerprint analysis method and optimizing the extraction process.Methods:To optimize the extraction process by conparing the fingerprints of different extracts on the basis of UPLC-Q-tof MS fingerpriints analysis method,and to identify the active constituents in extracts.Results:Through comparative study,it was determined that the ischemia reperfusion injury active components of Polygonum orientale L.Flower were prepared by water extraction,alcohol precipitation,n-butanol extraction,then through polyamide column and eluted with 80%ethanol.27 active components were analyzed and 17 chemical components were identified.Conclusion:This study established a convenient fingerprint analysis method for the active components of Polygonum orientale L.Flower extracts,and laid an experimental foundation for the deep development and utilization of anti-MIRI pharmacodynamic material basis.
