泵用机械密封在溶剂脱沥青装置应用及分析

摘　　要：溶剂脱沥青装置离心式机泵根据介质分类,主要由渣油泵、液态丙烷泵、蜡油泵、增压泵及污水泵等组成。泵用机械密封是保证机泵安全环保运行的主要组件,针对溶剂脱沥青装置机泵不同介质特点,对其所选用机械密封进行分析,简图示意密封冲洗布置方式,阐述所选机械密封运行主要机理,分析各类机泵机械密封发生问题原因,并给出了优化配置。通过实践应用,进一步延长了溶剂脱沥青装置泵用机械密封平均寿命,有效推进机泵无泄漏平稳运行。The centrifugal pump of the solvent dealination device is classified according to the medium,and is mainly composed of residual oil pump,liquid propane pump,wax oil pump,booster pump and sewage pump.Mechanical seals for pumps are the main components to ensure the safe and environmentally friendly operation of pumps.In this paper,according to the characteristics of different media of the pump of the solvent dealination device,the mechanical seal selected by the compressor is analyzed.The simplified diagram shows the sealing flushing arrangement,the main mechanism of the selected mechanical seal operation is expounded.Analyzing the reason of the mechanical seal problems of various types of pump,and the optimal configuration is given.Through practical application,the average life of the mechanical seal for the solvent dealination device pump is further extended,and the pump is effectively promoted to run smoothly without leakage.
