摘 要:为缓解国际疫情形势造成的设备供货滞后对工程项目建造工期带来的影响,结合某在建大型国际液化石油天然气(LNG)模块建造项目特点,对比分析几种设备后装技术优劣之处。针对择优选取的侧装技术,对其路径规划、侧装平台与轨道选型、辅助工机具、侧装滑移以及二次吊装等关键流程进行了详细论述,充分说明了侧装方案在本项目中实施的可行性,并总结提炼出整体侧装流程,指出过程中需要注意的问题,对大型设备的侧装技术在工程建设项目中的应用具有一定推广作用。In order to relieve the impact of equipment supply delay caused by the COVID-19 on the schedule of construction project,three different equipment installation methods are compared and analyzed based on a large international liquified natural gas module construction project.On the basis of the adopted side-sliding installation method,the preparation work and key processes,such as sliding path planning,platform and sliding-rail selection,auxiliary tools selection,sliding and secondary lifting inside module,are discussed in detail.The feasibility of the compressor side-sliding into the module of this project is fully verified,and the overall side-sliding process is summarized and refined,and some other matters needing attention during side-sliding process are pointed out.It has certain promotion effect on the application of the side-sliding method for large equipment in engineering construction projects.
