手性氯代环膦酸拆分制备实验——推荐一个有机化学综合实验

摘　　要：手性氯代环膦酸是一类新型的高效拆分试剂,能够应用于胺、氨基酸的拆分生产中,也可作为手性衍生试剂用于手性胺类化合物的光学纯度检测。本实验取材于有机化学的前沿研究领域,利用D-(-)-4-对羟基苯甘氨酸为拆分试剂来制备手性氯代环膦酸,并分别通过熔点测定、旋光度测定、核磁共振氢谱法、X-射线衍射法等方法来确定了产物的结构和构型。本实验综合性强,实验操作技能要求高,能够巩固专业知识和培养学生的探索创新意识,适合作为有机化学专业本科高年级学生的课外兴趣实验。Chiral chlorocyphos is a new efficient resolving agent,which could be used in the resolutions amines and amino acids,and also could be used as a a useful reagent for the determination of the ee of chiral amines.Based on validated studies in the hot frontier,the chiral chlorocyphos was prepared by using D-(-)-4-p-hydroxyphenylglycine as the resolving agent;and the chiral chlorocyphos was confirmed by melting point,optical rotation,1H MNR and X-ray diffraction.Through this comprehensive organic chemistry experiment,students’exploration innovation consciousness and understanding of the knowledge of organic chemistry will be stimulated;and it is suitable to become an extracurricular interest experiment for senior undergraduate students.
