摘 要:精细化工/医药企业废水产生量巨大,且其中往往含有高附加值有机溶媒。废水直接排放会增加企业环保部门压力,回收又苦于没有理想技术。渗透汽化是一种用于液相混合物分离的新型膜分离技术,具有绿色环保、高效节能等优点,能够实现液相中有机溶媒的高效富集,因此在废水提浓减量、有机溶媒回收等方面有着巨大应用潜力。总结了基于PDMS膜的渗透汽化技术在异丁醇-水、乙酸丁酯-水、乙腈-水体系中的应用效果及诸多优势,为该技术工程化提供理论支撑。The waste water generated from fine chemical/pharmaceutical enterprises is huge,and it often contains high value-added organic solvents.The direct discharge of wastewater will increase the pressure on the environmental protection department of the enterprise,and the recovery suffer from the lack of ideal technology now.Pervaporation is a newly emerging membrane-based technology used for the separation of liquid phase mixtures with the advantages of environmental protection,high efficiency and energy saving.It can realize the efficient enrichment of organic solvents in the liquid phase.Therefore,it has great application potential in wastewater concentration reduction,organic solvent recovery,etc.This paper summarizes the application and advantages of pervaporation technology based on PDMS membrane in isobutyl alcohol-water,butyl acetate-water and acetonitrile-water systems,providing theoretical support for the engineering of this technology.
